Program Cost Analysis Revised

When filling out the program cost analysis forms, use the ones in the PCA Revised folder. Instead of breaking down which programs to record by quarter, all program types are included in one workbook. That way you can record the statistics for whichever programs you're currently planning without having to rely on guesswork.

There should be one tab for each type of program that your branch has:

• Summer Reading


• Teen Summer Reading


• Adult Summer Reading


• Tours/Library visits


• Youth - Outreach


• Adult - Outreach


• Teen Program


• Friends of the Library


• Computer (includes 1 on 1)


• Intergenerational


• Anime Club


• Youth Program (not a teen program)


• Adult Program


• Passive


• Storytime


• Book Discussion Group


• Teen Zone


• Open House (any type of open house, not just holiday)


• Gingerbread House Program


• Miscellaneous (any type of program not already covered)

If there's a type of program that your branch doesn't offer, let me know and I'll delete that sheet from your workbook.


In response to user suggestions, I've made some changes to the forms including areas for donations and volunteers. If you have other suggestions for changes, let me know and I'll try to incorporate them.
