Tell Me What's Happening

Staff's had some questions about what's going on with various groups/processes, so voila, a brief update.

1. Mission statement is waiting for Board approval.



2. Vision statement is a work in progress. If you have any suggestions along the lines of "If I were Supreme Ruler of the Library, I would..." please send them to Leslie.



3. SWOTs are done and the results are being compiled and will be discussed at future SQuaT meetings.



4. LibQual, the online survey about the Library's services will be taking place during April. Please take the survey as well as encouraging other people in our community to take it as well. The survey will go live April 1. You can take it here



5. Focus groups will be taking place in the spring as part of the planning process for the Strategic Plan. Hopefully, they will give us further input about the services we offer and our part in the community.



6. Library Service Standards. SQuaT will be looking at service standards from other library systems and making suggestions about what standards CCPL should use.



7. The final version of the Strategic Plan won't be finished until after the Nov. election because of the TEL/TABOR amendment.
