Focus Groups
Liz and Joann presented information about conducting focus groups.
Goal is to have the project finished by June 30.
Created a list of potential groups.

• Liz will create a letter


• Joan will create a flyer


• Liz and Tracey will create a questionnaire

SWOT

• Look at all SWOTs and identify trends


• Put your list of trends in: CCPLShare > SQuaT > SWOT Trends
  by the next SQuaT meeting

Library Standards

• Look over the standards you have and create a list of areas that you think we need to include like Personnel or Collection.


• Then include subdivisions like under Personnel Appropriate staffing levels are maintained in all public areas or Library customers receive helpful and courteous service from all library staff.
  
  Please email that to me by March 22.



• We agreed that our set of standards should have a way to measure them instead of simply checking off 'yes' or 'no'.



• We liked the layout of the KY standards for ease of use.

Our next meeting is April 12.
