TEL/TABOR

Yesterday Leslie M. and I went up to Columbus for a session on the implications of a TEL/TABOR amendment to the Ohio Constitution passing on the November ballot. We have now carefully studied the language of the proposed amendment and worked out the financial impact of the amendment if it passes. While the future looks grim if the amendment passes, we as a library are now much better prepared to 1) answer questions and educate our users regarding the amendment and 2) to plan for the future.
