Next Level of Online Service

"Breaking through Your Four Walls: Providing the Next Level of Online Service" is a workshop that I will be attending in Columbus at the State Library in July. It's a hands-on workshop about online social tools such as RSS, wikis, podcasting, instant messaging, and blogs as they can be used for better library service. I'm really looking forward to it--I've got a lot to learn.
