Standing Up to Email
This came from the ALA weekly electronic newsletter. It's a brief article from the Wall Street Journal. Interesting perspective on being bullied by email. What's your experience with it and thoughts?

Interesting article. I seem to able to manage email pretty well, because I long since adopted most of the suggestions in the article. I have certain times of days set aside just for staff email and the reference email which I also answer. My biggest frustration with email is waiting 2-4 days for folks to check their email and respond. But that can't be helped--email is just one piece of everyone's busy day.
