Reference Workload Study

I just finished up putting the data together on two workload studies we've done in the past 9 months. One with all reference staff and one with volunteers (doing a fifteen minute study). The results are close enough that we can use both studies to develop a benchmark for the system. Next step is to finish doing comparison table, run the whole thing through SQuaT for comments and present the results to managers. After that, we'll update once a year. I know I'm excited.
